How to Order Online

Customer Service

Ordering online from i-modelcar.com is fast, secure and easy. If you are new to online shopping, or uncertain about how to place an order at i-modelcar.com, please read the instructions below. If you have any questions, please email sales@i-modelcar.com.

Step 1: Find What You Want

You can browse our products by entering a keyword(s) (e.g. Porsche, BMW) into the search box, selecting a category from the drop down menu on the top (e.g. scale, year & make). i-modelcar.com offers multiple shipping address capabilities so you can shop for more than one person during a visit.

Step 2: Add the Items to Your Cart

When you are looking for a specific product, you can add it to your cart by clicking "add to cart" under the list of products. Many products may have several line items listed because they come in various sizes or colors. Be sure to find the scale you want, choose your color selection if applicable. Please note that the price listed is per item.

Step 3: Review Cart When you add an item to your cart, you will be taken to the "My Cart" page where you can get exchange rate of USD, EUR, JPY as reference. From your "My Cart" page, you may choose to continue shopping, or checkout (submit the order).

Step 4: Fill In Order Form

On the order form, We need following information about you, ( must )

Your Name
Your E-Mail Address
Your Phone Number

And if you want to tell us about your order, please feel free to type in to "Description" field below.

Step 5: Select Delivery Option

For Hong Kong local customers, we are ready to serve 2 kind of delivery options,

Hong Kong Local Delivery Service
( HK$80 will be charged )

Pick Up At Showroom

And for oversea customers outside Hong Kong, we have 3 kinds of delivery services below.

Express by Speedpost
Air Mail Parcel
Surface Mail Parcel

Step 6: Choose Payment Method

We, i-modelcar.com accepts credit cards, PayPal and cash for payment.

Credit Card ( VISA / Master )
We will send e-mail to you after you submit order. And then, you can come to our payment entrance page and pay on the net. This payment gateway is secured by SSL technology provided by Asiapay ( Paydollar ).
Paypal
You may know us thru eBay.com, huge auction website. We will inform our Paypal account by e-mail afterward if you want to pay by Paypal.
Cash
Or else, you can pay by cash at our showroom when you come to pick up models. This option is for Hong Kong local customers only.

Step 7: Review Your Order

Please review your information and items ordered before submit. Please note that adding items will mean you will have to re-enter your information as they affect the multiple shipping possibilities.

Step 8: Order Confirmation

You will see an order confirmation page after submit order, and will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please keep this order number, IMC-*** in case you have any question about your order.

For oversea customers, we will estimate the postage of your order, and will inform you on this confirmation e-mail.

Step 9: Online Payment

If you selected "VISA/Master Card" on payment method row in order form, you must get following information by e-mail from us,

URL of Payment Entrance Page
Order Number ( IMC-*** )
Your Registered First Name
Your Registered Last Name

You can access this URL and input order number and name to proceed payment. Page will redirect to Payment Gateway with SSL technology for your secure payment.
